Bryan Keith Wiggins

Bryan Keith Wiggins, 59, of Linn, passed away at his home on Thursday, July 2, 2026.

Bryan was born on November 24, 1966, in Bakersfield, California, to Shirley (Fritchley) Jensen and Jim Wiggins. He was raised by his mother and stepfather, Thomas Jensen, who played an important role throughout his life.

On December 15, 1990, Bryan married the love of his life, Patricia "Patty" Weidinger, in Linn. Together they built a life centered on love, family, and countless memories over their 35½ years of marriage. Patty survives at their home.

Throughout his life, Bryan was known for his strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit. He worked at Von Hoffman Press in Jefferson City and Quaker Window in Freeburg before pursuing his dream of owning business which started with Mid Mo Exteriors and his most recent and successful business venture BPW Trucking LLC.

Bryan found joy in the simple things life had to offer. He loved spending time outdoors, whether he was fishing, hunting, or boating. Lesser known, Bryan had a remarkable green thumb, with his specialty being Cannes and Cacti, creating cactus arrangements for this entire family to share for decades. He had a lifelong appreciation for Chevy pickup trucks, Harley-Davidson motorcycles, and Peterbilt semis. Bryan was a true jack-of-all-trades who could fix just about anything and enjoyed tinkering with mechanical projects. Bryan’s greatest quality was his genuine ability to brighten the lives of everyone he touched, truly the life of the party like no one before.

More than anything, Bryan had a generous and compassionate heart. He was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need, expecting nothing in return. His greatest pride and happiest moments came from spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren, who brought immeasurable joy to his life.

Bryan leaves behind his beloved wife, Patty; their four children, Lacey Wiggins and her fiancé, Shane Hodges, of Holts Summit, Haley (Hamzah) Almajed of Columbia, Jesse (Briauna) Wiggins of Blue Springs, and Cole Wiggins of Jefferson City; three cherished grandchildren, Lakynn Hodges, Oaklynn Hodges, and Kendall Wiggins; and ten siblings: Tracy (Thomas) Howell of Belle, April (Gary) Orme of Lakeland, Florida, Jimmie (Rodney) Gaddis of Linn, Berry (Jeanette) Wiggins of Westphalia, Eric Jensen of Linn, Brandi Bridges of Linn, John Jensen of Linn, Eugene Wiggins of Florida, Alen Wiggins of Florida, and Larry Wiggins of Holiday, Florida. He also leaves behind nieces and nephews, many extended family members, and countless friends whose lives were touched by his kindness.

In addition to his parents, Bryan was preceded in death by his sister, Tammy Gillespie; and his nephew, Aaron Kixmeller.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 9, 2026, at Morton Chapel in Linn, with a funeral service immediately following at 6:00 p.m. Pastor Dave Lewis will officiate.
