Clyde W. Fredrich

Clyde W. Fredrich, age 76 of Linn, passed away peacefully Thursday, June 4, 2015, at his residence surrounded by his family.

Clyde was born December 16, 1938, in Judge, a son to the late Joseph and Alice (Baker) Fredrich.

Clyde was a 1958 graduate of Linn RII High School.

On December 19, 1959, he was united in marriage to Pauline Pearon at the Mint Hill Baptist Church near Linn. She survives of the home.

Clyde worked as a farmer, custodian and was the Water and Street Superintendent for the City of Linn for 25 years before retiring in 2004.

Clyde was a member of the First Baptist Church in Linn and enjoyed gardening, cooking, woodworking, hunting and loved spending time with his family.

In addition to his wife of 55 years, Clyde is survived by: one son, Larry Fredrich and wife Shelly of Linn; two daughters, Leatta Nichols and her husband Robert of Rolla and Lora Brinkman and her husband Chris of Columbia; four grandchildren, Ryan Nichols of Aurora, CO, Christine Miller and her husband Skyler of Linn, Jolene Fredrich of Linn and Callie Brinkman of Columbia; one niece, Paula Wilson and her husband Robert of Linn; two great nieces, Crystal Shoults and her husband Ronnie of Linn and Leslie Wilson of Linn; and a sister-in-law, Velma Fredrich of Miami, OK.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by: two sisters, Ruby Irene Fredrich and Emma Mildred Hartman; three brothers, Paul Fredrich, Clifford Fredrich and an infant brother; and one granddaughter, Tracie Nichols.

Visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 7, 2015, at Morton Chapel in Linn.

Funeral Services will follow at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 7, 2015, at Morton Chapel in Linn with Rev. David Krueger and Chaplin Bart Larson officiating. Interment will be in the Linn Public Cemetery.
