Darwin Fritz Brinkmann

Darwin Henry Fritz Brinkmann, age 80 of Hope, MO. passed away Monday, December 8, 2008 at St. Mary's Health Center in Jefferson City, MO.

He was born February 29, 1928 in Hope, MO to the late Clarence and Matilda (Nolting) Brinkmann. Darwin attended Mud Creek School and Linn High School.

On May 28, 1955 he was united in marriage to Lila Mae Kiso in Linn, MO. She survives of the home.

Darwin was a life-long farmer and an avid lover of Case Tractors and animals.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by; three sons, Rodney Brinkmann of Linn, Roger and his wife Kanami Brinkmann of Marysville, WA, James and his wife Karen Brinkmann of Morrison; one daughter, Brenda Kathleen (Kathy) McKinsey and her husband Murray of Lakewood, OH; one brother, Orville and his wife Jan Brinkmann of Sarasota, FL.; one uncle, Francis Brinkmann of Jefferson City and seven grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 10, 2008 at the Oklahoma Church of Christ. Funeral Services will follow at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Mark Gregor officiating.

Interment will follow in the Oklahoma Church Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may be made to the Oklahoma Church Cemetery Fund or to the charity of the donor's choice.
