Frank Joseph Rudroff, age 67, of Rich Fountain, passed away Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at his residence.

Frank was born April 20, 1958, in Jefferson City, a son to the late Albert “Bert” and Helen (Grellner) Rudroff.

Frank attended Sacred Heart Catholic School and was a 1976 graduate of Fatima High School.

He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Rich Fountain.

Frank was a farmer all his life, who took great pride in working the land following in his father’s footsteps. He was a quiet, humble, strong, dependable and selfless man. Known to be authentic and real, he never put on airs for others. Frank’s strength wasn’t loud but evident in his quiet persistence. The love he had for his family was immeasurable, especially for the little children. Frank once said, “their noise is music to my ears”. He had a great love for animals, like a faithful shepherd, they followed him.

Frank enjoyed his evening snacks, especially a bowl of popcorn. He had a talent for fixing anything, from something on the farm, a vehicle or the house.

Frank is survived by his six sisters, Pat Ward and her husband David of Jefferson City, Kathy Wolfe and her husband Kary of Linn, Jo Ann Rudroff of Rich Fountain, Jackie McCoy of Jefferson City, Janet Farris and her husband Nick of Jefferson City, and Mary Kempker and her husband Nathan of Jefferson City; a brother-in-law, Jim Janson of Moberly; nine nieces and nephews, Kariann (Rich) Dryer, Kristopher (Theresa) Wolfe, his godson, Korey (Monica) Wolfe, Seth (Michele) Rudroff, Megan (Elliott) Ambrose, Katlyn (Judson) Everts, Anna (Zeph) McDaniel, Ian Kilgore, and Haley (Riley) Hulse; 15 great nieces and nephews, Grace, Annalise, and Nathanael Dryer, Lucas, Mackenzie, and Daniel Wolfe, Mason, Hope, Joshua and William Wolfe, Lane and Caleb Rudroff, Jack, Owen, and Charlie Ambrose.

In addition to his parents, Frank was preceded in death by a sister, Margie Janson; one brother, Robert “Bob” Rudroff; a brother-in-law, Jim McCoy.

A Private Mass of Christian Burial was held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Rich Fountain with Fr. William Debo as the Celebrant. Interment was held in Sacred Heart Parish Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to Sacred Heart Catholic School in care of Morton Chapel.
