Grace Ann Elizabeth Radmacher

Grace Ann E. Radmacher, age 86 of Rich Fountain, passed away on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at her daughter’s residence surrounded by her loving family.

Grace was born April 9, 1939, in Loose Creek, a daughter to the late Louis and Sybilla (Puetz) Ruettgers.

She was a 1957 graduate of Fatima High School.

On June 21, 1958, she was united in marriage to Peter Radmacher at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Loose Creek. He preceded her in death on September 14, 2012.

Grace was employed by Hagan Mill Machinery Company in Jefferson City as a secretary for a couple years. After her marriage, she was a stay-at-home mom until her children were older and then went to work as a cook for Sacred Heart Elementary School, Thriftway and Missouri State Technical College before retiring on April 21, 2006.

She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Rich Fountain and enjoyed gardening, raising hogs and cattle, cooking and baking. Grace was known as the best pie maker in Osage County, enjoyed telling jokes and loved to make people laugh.

Grace is survived by one daughter, Glenda Whitney and her husband Terry of Chamois; one son, Gary Radmacher and his wife Pam of Linn; three grandchildren, Nicole (Joe) Alonzo, Cara (Thomas) Lewis, and Ricky (Hadleigh Peterson) Radmacher; nine great grandchildren, Bailey and Hayden Linhardt, LJ and Tristen Alonzo, Olivia and Jesse Lewis, and Jaxon, Hendrix and Banx Radmacher.

In addition to her parents and spouse of 54 years, Grace was preceded in death by a sister, Maye Boyd and a brother, Harry Ruettgers.

Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Rich Fountain with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. William Debo as the Celebrant. Interment will follow in Sacred Heart Parish Cemetery.
