Jeanne M. Knollmeyer, age 90, of Bonnots Mill, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, at Westphalia Hills in Westphalia.
Jeanne was born on June 5, 1935, in Jefferson City, a daughter to the late Frank M. and Louise M. (Dulle) Fausell
Jeanne was a 1953 graduate of St. Peters High School in Jefferson City.
On February 13, 1960, Jeanne was united in marriage to Donald E. Knollmeyer at St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Jefferson City. Donald preceded her in death on November 2, 2023, after 63 years of marriage.
Jeanne was a homemaker who later worked alongside her husband at Knollmeyer Concrete in Linn until they retired in 1985. She later worked for Young Fashion in Jefferson City.
She was a member of St. Louis of France Catholic Church in Bonnots Mill,
Jeanne enjoyed quilting, sewing, working in her flower gardens, canning, and camping. Her greatest enjoyment was spending time with her family and friends.
Jeanne is survived by her four daughters, Denise Frey of Rhineland, Dianne Bisges and her husband Gary of Wardsville, Donna Knollmeyer of Taos and Darla Iven and her husband Roger of Jefferson City; six grandchildren, Gabe Bisges, Dara Heidbreder, Jenna Thompson, Sara McDaniel, Holly Kleffner and Will Thoenen; eight great grandchildren; two sisters, Joyce (Wes) Nowicki of Jefferson City and Judy (Bob) Bryant of Columbia; along with several nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Friday, August 29, 2025, at St. Louis of France Catholic Church in Bonnots Mill with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Anthony Rinaldo and Rev. Roberto Ike as the Celebrants. Interment will follow at St. Louis of France Parish Cemetery in Bonnots Mill.
