JoAnn Rudroff

JoAnn Rudroff (nee Vogt) Fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church, Thursday, January 8th, 2026, passed away peacefully at the age of 87.

Survived by her devoted and loving husband Elmer F. Rudroff of 63 years, her son Gregory (Susan) and daughter Linda (Joseph) Antonacci, grandchildren Patrick Rudroff and Sarah (Joe) Wildhaber, Isabelle Antonacci, step-grandmother to Tom (Ali) and Jessica Antonacci, step-great-grandmother to Addie, Joe, Jack, Gia & Sophia Antonacci, and great-grand-mother to Lane Wildhaber. She was a dear aunt, cousin, and friend to so many.

JoAnn was preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Mary Eloise Vogt (nee Fricke), sister Mary Louise Mincher (nee Vogt) and brother Robert J. Vogt.

JoAnn was an active member of the Knights of Columbus Ladies Auxiliary Duchesne Council 2951, Senior Club and Ladies Club of Sacred Heart Florissant (formerly St. Rose Philippine Duchesne Church) and 49RS Senior Club in West Alton, Missouri.

She retired from Emerson Electric, and stayed busy volunteering at the USO with her husband and visiting nursing homes and shut-ins. She was a social butterfly, making friends everywhere she went and keeping a busy calendar. She enjoyed a multitude of card and tabletop games, besting nearly all of her opponents. She loved to cook, fish, travel, and take care of her family, of whom she was so proud.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Monday, January 12, 2026, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Rich Fountain. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00 a.m. with Fr. William Debo as the Celebrant. Interment will be in Sacred Heart Parish Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate memorials to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the James S. McDonnell USO.
