Marvin L. Miller

Marvin L. Miller, age 43, of Loose Creek, passed away Friday, February 27, 2015, in Loose Creek.

Marvin was born on October 23, 1971, in Jefferson City, a son to the late Marvin Miller and Berneice (Boss) Miller, who survives of Linn.

Marvin was a 1990 graduate of Chamois High School and worked in the timber industry.

On June 26, 1993, Marvin was united in marriage to Penny Rudd in Chamois. She survives of the home.

Marvin was of the catholic faith and he loved his job as a "tree hunter" as well as spending time with his family.

In addition to his mother and his wife, Marvin is survived by: two daughters, Harley and Faith Miller both of the home; four brothers, James Miller and his wife Sarah of New Memphis, IL, Roger Miller and Terry Miller both of Jefferson City and Alan Miller of Linn; one sister, Ruth Shadow and her husband Rodney of Iberia; his mother-in-law, Dorothy Rudd of Loose Creek as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.

In addition to his father, Marvin was preceded in death by two infant children, Christopher and Angel; one sister, Lisa Miller and his father-in-law, Harold Wayne Rudd.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. Friday, March 6, 2015, at Morton Chapel in Linn. Funeral services will follow at 3:00 p.m. with Rev. Kirk Kellogg officiating.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to the Miller Family.
