Roy Ray Langendoerfer

Roy R. Langendoerfer, age 72, of Chamois, passed away Sunday, March 23, 2014, at his residence.

Roy was born October 15, 1941, in Chamois, a son to the late Oran and Hattie (Russell) Langendoerfer.

Roy was a 1959, graduate of Chamois High School and served his country as a member of the US Army.

Roy was a lifelong area resident and had worked as a farmer most of his life.

Roy’s survivors include: one brother, Wiley and his wife Janet Langendoerfer of St. Louis; one sister, Carrie Zastrow of New Haven; two nieces, Sandra Lang and Carolyn Klein and two nephews, Vincent and James Langendoerfer.

Private family graveside services will be held at the South Cemetery.
