Sam Kremer

Sam Kremer, age 73, of Bonnots Mill, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at his residence surrounded by his loving family.

Sam was born on October 17, 1951, in Jefferson City, a son to the late Henry and Legora (Backes) Kremer.

He was a graduate of Immaculate Conception Catholic School in Loose Creek and attended Fatima High School.

On March 3, 1973, he was united in marriage to Susan Linnenbrink at St. Louis of France Catholic Church in Bonnots Mill. Susan survives at their home.

Sam was employed at Von Hoffman Press later RR Donnelly in Jefferson City, retiring after 43 years. He was a lifelong farmer who was a very hardworking person who liked to work on tractors.

He enjoyed being outside, hunting and fishing. He was very active with the Bonnots Mill Eagles 4-H club. He was proud to be the Osage County volunteer of the year in 2022. His greatest enjoyment was spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

In addition to his wife of 52 years, Sam is survived by his two sons, Shawn (Lisa) Kremer and Steven (Sasha) Kremer all of Bonnots Mill; nine grandchildren, Henry (Brittany) Kremer, Colby Kremer and his special friend, Emma Busecher, Ravyn, Ashton, Kila, Peighton, Brooklyn, Katlyn and William Kremer; one sister, Rita Mantle of Linn, and a sister-in-law, Betty Kremer of Rich Fountain, along with many nieces, nephews and friends.

In addition to his parents, Sam was preceded in death by a sister and brother-in-law, Maxine (Art) Tichelkamp; a brother, Tom Kremer; and a brother-in-law, Jim Mantle

Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at Morton Chapel in Linn

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 18, 2025, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Loose Creek with Fr. Anthony Rinaldo as the Celebrant. Interment will be held in the St. Louis of France Parish Cemetery in Bonnots Mill.

Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Bonnots Mill Eagles 4-H club or St. Louis of France Catholic Church in Bonnots Mill.
