It was a privilege for our church to be the Hanson's home church away from home when they would travel back here for school reunions and other occasions. What a blessing it was to walk into the sanctuary on a Sunday morning and see Bob, Lorene, and Robert sitting there. And it was an even bigger blessing to get to visit with them before as well as after the service. We will miss our friend Lorene, a dear sister in Christ, but we take comfort in the knowledge that the faith she lived has been made sight. We are praying as the Apostle Paul did that "the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort Who comforteth us in all our tribulation" will carry this precious family through Lorene's homegoing service today and the days to come. God bless you! Pastor Charlie Lehman and the Congregation of Washington Baptist Church

We are so blessed to have gotten to know this wonderful family. Granny Hanson loved our children with many Granny hugs and kisses, , Bible songs and stories, adventures of sledding down snowy hills to wading in the creeks. There were hayrides and tractor rides, pizza dinners and ice cream, singing around the piano and church activities. Through all this, Granny had a smile and a servant's heart to help others. She always had time for You! Jesus' love shone brightly from her life, a true testimony for Him. Thank you for the memories Granddad, Granny, Robert and Andrea! Much love, Les and Becky, Cassie, Nathan, Alisha, Branden, Joel, Kimberly Lipskoch
