Karen Jean Reed, age 70, of Fulton, passed away on Thursday, September 10, 2020, at Jefferson City Nursing and Rehab in Jefferson City.
Karen was born on March 8, 1950, in Fulton, a daughter to the late William and Ann Marie (Barnes) Witt.
Karen was a simple person. She enjoyed sitting a home, listening to country music and visiting with her family and friends.
Karen is survived by her five sons, James Eads and his wife Jolena of Fulton, Randy Eads of Fulton, Freddie Eads of the State of Arkansas, Carl Taylor and his wife Amy of Paragould, Arkansas, and Jessie Taylor of Columbia; one brother, Louis Witt of the State of California; one sister, Linda Winingear and her husband Troy of Fulton; six grandchildren, Cody, Kaci, Dayna, Dustin and Jonathan Eads and Regan Taylor; along with many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Karen was preceded in death by a son, Larry Eads, her first husband, Eugene Eads; a sister, Mary Ann Stamper and a brother, Sonny Witt.
Private Family service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to the American Cancer Society.
