Paula Susan Mulvania, age 78 of Linn, passed away Monday, January 11th, 2021 at University of Missouri Hospital in Columbia.
She was born February 8th, 1942 in DeSoto, Missouri, a daughter to the late Dr John Paul and Cecelia (Barbee) Ingels.
After graduation from Desoto High School she attended The University of Missouri Columbia receiving her BEd in 1963 and MEd in 1965. She there met her then future husband Rodney Mulvania and they were married at the First Baptist Church of Columbia on June 2, 1963.
She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Rodney and three children, Peggy Mulvania of Linn, Kerry Hirth and husband Andy of Columbia, and Andrew Mulvania of Columbia. She has three grandchildren; Vince and Maggie Ribaudo of Linn and Jamie Mulvania of Columbia. In addition she is survived by sisters Nancy Dunlap (Jim) of Desoto and Carol Keane of Cape Girardeau. Another sister Mary Jane (Ken) Tourville predeceased her.
Paula was a loving Mother to her children; a loving, patient and kind teacher to her kindergarten students and a loving, kind, understanding mentor to many. She never spoke an unkind word to or about anyone including her husband.
Because of the Covid-19 pandemic, no services are planned.
