Raymond Albert Rustemeyer, age 77 of Loose Creek, passed away Thursday, May 13, 2021, at General Baptist Nursing Home in Linn.
Raymond was born August 4, 1943, in Loose Creek, a son to the late Joseph and Mary (Kremer) Rustemeyer.
Raymond attended school at Immaculate Conception School in Loose Creek and Fatima High School.
He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Loose Creek.
Raymond enjoyed farming and recycling metal.
Raymond is survived by six nieces and nephews, Jeanette (Jeff) Vocks of Linn, Eugene (Shannon) Voss of Linn, Wayne Voss of Linn, Brenda (Donnie) Baumhoer of Linn, Bruce Voss of the State of Georgia, and Glen “Louie” (Brenda) Voss of Loose Creek; and many great nieces, great nephews, cousins and friends.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Theodore Anton and Theodore “Teddy” Rustemeyer and two sisters, Josephine Voss and Mary Josephine Rustemeyer.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 16, 2021, at Morton Chapel in Linn.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, May 17, 2021, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with Fr. Anthony Rinaldo as Celebrant.
Interment will be in the Immaculate Conception Parish Cemetery.
